If a prize cannot be delivered, its cash value will be transferred via a legitimate method of the participant's choice. No rewards to individuals in countries sanctioned by the United States, including Cuba, Syria, Venezuela, and North Korea.

Participants are responsible for claiming their prize and providing necessary information in a timely manner. Prizes unclaimed after six (6) months are forfeited. Rewards are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Participation may involve use of a participant's name or image for promotion, subject to privacy laws. Participants retain intellectual property rights of their submissions, granting Learn It Live permission for related use.
